We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in media buying and content production, primarily serving e-commerce clients. As our portfolio has expanded to include approximately 20 accounts, our most critical operational need is establishing structured, scalable asset management to support our creative and media buying teams.
About the Role
We are seeking the Creative Operations Project Manager to solve our current pain point : disorganized assets and inefficient workflows. This role is the operational backbone of our agency, designed for a mid-to-senior level professional who excels at bringing order to chaos. You will be the central hub for all creative assets, ensuring our internal and external design teams can work efficiently and effectively across all client accounts.
What You’ll Do : Key Responsibilities
Digital Asset Management & Organization (Initial Focus)
- Organize and standardize disorganized client asset dumps (contracts, Google Sheets, documents, videos, images, etc.) into clear, logical, and scalable internal folder structures.
- Serve as the central knowledge hub and "living library" for all creative and media assets, ensuring easy access and version control for the internal and external design teams.
- Establish and document comprehensive processes for asset intake, storage, and retrieval, ensuring all teams adhere to best practices.
Workflow & Process Optimization
Design and implement effective workflows for managing creative projects and client deliverables.Analyze the needs of various client types and create structured "creative libraries" and workflows tailored to those specific needs (e.g., how client assets are received, categorized, and deployed).Maintain order across all accounts and significantly improve workflow handoffs between internal teams and external creative partners.Project Management & Operations (Evolving Focus)
Manage and prioritize tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and projects keep moving forward efficiently.As the business grows (we close approximately one new client per month), you will evolve into a more traditional project management role, supporting overall creative operations.While not client-facing initially, you will have structured face-time with the leadership team for training, process review, and collaboration.What You’ll Bring : Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.Proven experience in advanced organizational systems and Digital Asset Management (DAM).Direct experience with, or a strong willingness to master, workflow tools like Notion or Asana (we will transition to Asana).Experience in process design and documentation.Competence with common cloud storage and workflow tools (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox).Preferred Skills & Background
A background in Creative, Marketing, or Agency operations is a plus.A basic "creative eye" to quickly evaluate creative asset readiness and quality.A proactive, problem-solving, and positive personality that thrives in bringing order to complexity.Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary based on experience.Performance-based Bonus : You will be eligible for a bonus based on individual performance and company results.
