Technical Buyer / Procurement Coordinator (Barberton, Mpumalanga)

To provide technical support and expedite procurement components and raw materials required for production from national and international suppliers at optimum total cost and security of supply to business requirements taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply.

Qualifications& Experience Required :

• Purchasing Diploma or Degree would be advantageous
• Matric
• 2 – 3 years Stores / Stock Control Experience is essential.
• Minimum 2-3 years purchasing experience within a mining or manufacturing environment and / or similar industry.
• Technical Background. Ability to identify, categorize and understand technical information — drawings would be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and Pastel Partner
• A legal driver’s license.
