Reservationist / Booking Agent – Luxury Adventure Tours Company | Sabie

Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a Reservationist / Booking Agent to join a well-established luxury adventure tours company based in Sabie . This role is ideal for an organised and customer-focused individual with a passion for travel, adventure, and delivering exceptional guest service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all bookings and reservations efficiently while maintaining high levels of professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage booking enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms

Confirm reservations, process payments, and send booking confirmations

Maintain accurate records of bookings and client correspondence

Liaise with operations and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Assist with itinerary planning and provide clients with relevant travel information

Resolve any booking-related issues promptly and professionally

Provide support to guests before, during, and after their travel experiences

Candidate Requirements :

Previous experience in reservations, travel bookings, or hospitality preferred

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Computer literate and comfortable using booking systems and email

Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

Based in or willing to relocate to Sabie

Package :

Salary : R10,000 per month

Full-time position
