Job description

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Minimum of 5 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)
  • Strong understanding of ERP implementations, finance, and business processes
  • Ability to manage client engagements from scoping through to post-go-live support
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Software systems implementation at clients.

  • Maintain project documentation and follow companys methodology.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction at all times during implementations and afterwards.

    • Stay abreast of latest developments by means of reading, studying and practical exercises.

  • Stay updated with latest functionality and service packs.

    • After implementation support to clients, either telephonically, onsite or remotely.

  • Assist other consultants with problems at clients.
  • Schedule and attend regular meetings at clients.
  • Achieve sales and hourly targets.
  • Complete all administrative tasks including job cards, timesheets, weekly summaries and leave forms.

    • Prospect and secure new sales of software and services

  • Lead Generation
  • Support marketing / sales team with regard to demonstrations and presentations
  • Any other consulting and implementation tasks as requested.
