SEO Appointment Setter – 0839 – Johannesburg, South Africa

Join Bionic Talent, a full-service digital marketing agency dedicated to helping painting business owners increase sales, improve customer retention, and boost profitability through comprehensive online marketing solutions.

About the role

  • Primary purpose : Connect with inbound leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for the Sales Representatives.
  • Key responsibilities : Make outbound calls to cold and warm leads, follow up via phone, email, and SMS, qualify leads, keep detailed records in the CRM, report on key performance metrics, confirm and remind leads about appointments, collaborate with Sales Representatives to renew outreach strategies, and participate in regular meetings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or lead generation.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding appointment-setting goals in a sales-driven environment.
  • Experience selling SEO services is required.
  • Experience working in Digital Marketing Agencies is required.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in the trades industry preferred.

    Working Hours : 9 am to 6 pm EST

    Holidays : US Local Holiday

    Salary : USD 1400 to USD 2000 per month
