Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare analyse and present monthly management accounts
• Deliver variance analysis and provide meaningful commentary on performance
• Support budgeting forecasting and financial planning cycles
• Partner with operational teams to drive cost control and profitability
• Strengthen financial controls and ensure data integrity
• Analyse trends identify risks and highlight opportunities for improvement
• Assist with reporting modelling and strategic initiatives

What You Bring:

• A completed financial qualification (BCom BAcc or CIMA)
• Proven experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar analytical finance role
• Strong numerical analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate financial data into insight and action
• Advanced Excel skills and solid ERP system experience
• A proactive detail-driven working style
• Confidence to partner with stakeholders and influence decisions
