Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to take full responsibility for managing the payroll function across the organization. This key role involves processing high volumes of data, ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance, and preparing critical payroll reports. The successful candidate will be highly organized, capable of working under pressure, and committed to maintaining high levels of confidentiality and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture, validate, and process approved payroll inputs into the payroll system.
- Manage and process payroll for all employees across the organization.
- Handle large volumes of payroll data accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and submit monthly payroll reports, including :
Headcount report
Leave provision reportDepartmental payroll cost reportsAccounts PackOversee leave management processes and reporting.Generate various ad hoc payroll-related reports as needed.Execute additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.Qualifications and Experience
Diploma in Payroll Management is essential.A minimum of a Diploma in Accounting or Human Resources Management.At least 5 years of proven experience in payroll management.Key Skills and Competencies
