Our clients leverage our vetted talent pool to accelerate their digital projects—from front-end web builds to future-ready solutions.

We’re currently supporting over 100 active customers and are rapidly expanding to 1000+ within the next year. To support this growth, we’re seeking an experienced, forward-thinking Senior Full Stack Developer / AI Expert who can help us push the boundaries of both what we offer now—and what we’ll deliver next.

The Role

Our standard work week runs Monday to Friday. We operate on two shifts to support global collaboration :

• 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (Central European Time)
• 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (Eastern Standard Time)

Your assigned shift will depend on your team and business coverage requirements.

As a Senior Full Stack Developer / AI Expert at Growmodo, you’ll lead complex front-end and back-end development projects across Webflow, WordPress, and Shopify, while helping us expand into custom development, plugin / API engineering, mobile app development, and software applications. This role is ideal for someone who’s not only deeply technical but also AI-savvy, excited to integrate tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and AI-assisted QA into their workflow—and help set new standards for speed, quality, and scalability.

This is a remote contractor role, offering a high level of autonomy, influence, and the chance to shape the future of how we deliver digital development at scale.
