At Ello Technology, we’re redefining managed IT services through innovation, reliability, and people-first values. We’re looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join our S2 Unit – the team responsible for high-performance networking, firewall, WiFi, and internet services across our client base.

This is a hands-on technical role with leadership responsibility, where you’ll be driving excellence in network stability, security, and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and mentor network engineers, fostering growth and ensuring SLA-driven service delivery.
  • Design, implement, and optimize enterprise networks (LAN / WAN, WiFi, firewalls, internet).
  • Manage and configure routers, switches, firewalls, and access points (MikroTik, Cisco, FortiGate, Ubiquiti).
  • Oversee uptime, redundancy, and disaster recovery – aiming for 99.9%+ network availability.
  • Enforce security best practices and compliance standards across all environments.
  • Collaborate with ISPs, vendors, and internal teams to resolve escalations and optimize performance.
  • Guarantee world-class customer satisfaction with proactive, reliable service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in network engineering, with proven leadership or mentoring exposure.
  • Strong technical expertise in TCP / IP, VPNs, VLANs, routing protocols, and firewall technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with MikroTik, Fortinet, Cisco, and Ubiquiti solutions.
  • Proficiency in monitoring / diagnostic tools (e.g., LibreNMS, FortiCloud, UniFi Controller).
  • Certifications such as Fortinet Network Security Expert, FortiGate Administrator, CompTIA Network+ / Security+ are a strong advantage.
  • Excellent documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
