Description

This is a fully remote, strategic leadership role with global visibility and six indirect reports.

  • We're seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to take ownership of our Cybersecurity Application Assessment Service, an essential part of our global security strategy. In this role, you'll drive innovation, lead a team of external
  • experts, and collaborate across IT, legal, and governance functions to strengthen our cybersecurity posture and ensure application compliance with international regulations. If you're ready to make a meaningful impact and shape the future of digital security, we’d love to hear from you.
  • What You'll Do :

  • Lead and manage a team of external cybersecurity experts, ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Provide expert guidance on cybersecurity across IT and business initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with global regulations (NIS 2, EU AI Act, CFIUS)
  • Oversee application onboarding, RFP responses, and tool integrations
  • Improve security assessment processes and ServiceNow workflows
  • Collaborate with IT, Legal, Governance, and Security teams
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge systems for assessments and compliance
  • Own and manage assessment solutions
  • Plan budgets, resources, and strategic development of the service
  • What You Bring :

  • 10+ years of experience in IT or Cybersecurity, including 3–5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow (workflows, dashboards, reporting)
  • Familiarity with tools such as OneTrust, Tenable, Lansweeper, Axonius, Azure DevOps, and Power BI
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CF 2, NIST RM, CIS, UCF)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation, CISSP) are a plus
