Salaris 4.500 7.000 bruto per maand Detachering via Prefound met uitzicht op vast contract Arbeidsvoorwaarden conform Bouw UTA cao Veel vrijheid en ruimte voor eigen inbreng Werken in een informeel familiebedrijf met korte lijnen Mooie renovatie- en transformatieprojecten bij maatschappelijke opdrachtgevers Standplaats : Utrecht Werkgebied : regio Utrecht Thuiswerken : nee, jij bent de vaste kracht op de bouwplaats 70% van alle vacatures zijn al vervuld voordat ze online komen. Via ons kan je hiervoor wel in aanmerking komen en ga je gelijk mee in het voortraject met onze opdrachtgevers! Loopbaanadvies over alle mogelijkheden in de markt. Goede voorbereiding op sollicitatiegesprekken met inside informatie over wat het bedrijf belangrijk vindt en waar je ambitie tot zijn recht komt. We onderhandelen namens jou over arbeidsvoorwaarden. Direct een opleidingsbudget om jezelf nog meer te ontwikkelen. Goede arbeidsvoorwaarden, betrokkenheid en advies vanuit jouw adviseur. Keuze uit verschillende workshops en uit 100 online trainingen. Een team adviseurs die gelijk aan de slag gaan mocht je toch (ondanks uitgebreide inventarisatie) de verkeerde keuze hebben gemaakt. Een nette pensioenregeling waarvan tweederde door ons wordt betaald. Last but not least, meer grip op het waarmaken van jouw ambitie!
Wij zijn op zoek naar een Uitvoerder renovatie / transformatie.
Als uitvoerder ben jij de dagelijkse regisseur op de bouwplaats. Je bewaakt de planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid, stuurt vaklieden en onderaannemers aan en schakelt regelmatig met opdrachtgevers en interne collegas. Je houdt overzicht, ziet knelpunten op tijd en zorgt dat het project blijft draaien.
Een Dag Kan Bestaan Uit
- de bouw opstarten en werkzaamheden verdelen
- veiligheid controleren en toolboxen organiseren
- overleggen met projectleider, opdrachtgever en onderaannemers
- voortgang en kwaliteit bewaken
- problemen signaleren en direct oplossen
- tekeningen checken en kleine wijzigingen afstemmen
- zorgen voor een nette, veilige bouwplaats
