Job description

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent (preferred)
  • 24 years of operational or administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative and operational support for sales, service processing, and fulfilment.
  • Maintain accurate records, schedules, reports, and stock / product information.
  • Analyse and calculate product costings; assist with cost forecasting.
  • Place and manage approved shipment orders (sales, warranty, and service parts).
  • Extract, compile, and capture operational data for reporting and decision-making.
  • Support budgeting, stock management, and operational improvement projects.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate processing and timely deliveries.
  • Resolve operational issues and respond to customer queries.
  • Provide basic IT support and coordinate with external IT teams.
