Job description
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelors degree or equivalent (preferred)
24 years of operational or administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities :
Provide administrative and operational support for sales, service processing, and fulfilment.
Maintain accurate records, schedules, reports, and stock / product information.
Analyse and calculate product costings; assist with cost forecasting.
Place and manage approved shipment orders (sales, warranty, and service parts).
Extract, compile, and capture operational data for reporting and decision-making.
Support budgeting, stock management, and operational improvement projects.
Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate processing and timely deliveries.
Resolve operational issues and respond to customer queries.
Provide basic IT support and coordinate with external IT teams.
