Remote | R25,000-R30,000 / month | B2B Sales | UK Hours (8am-5pm)

The Role : Outbound Appointment Setter

This role is for a top-of-funnel outbound sales operator. Your single goal : book qualified sales appointments directly into closers calendars. You'll drive pipeline by making high-volume outbound calls, emails, and DMs and you'll be expected to improve, iterate, and own your metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Make 100+ outbound touches per day (calls, emails, DMs)

Follow and iterate on outbound scripts to drive conversations

Get past gatekeepers and handle objections with confidence

Book qualified meetings with decision-makers

Use tools like HubSpot, Calendly, and external dialers to manage your workflow

Maintain clean CRM data

Run follow-up cadences that convert

Test new outbound channels and lead sources

About You

1-3 years of experience in outbound appointment setting or BDR roles

Proven success booking high volumes of qualified meetings

Skilled at cold calling and comfortable hearing 'no'

Clear, persuasive written communicator (email / DM outreach)

Tech-savvy with CRMs (HubSpot preferred), dialers, and booking tools

Resilient, coachable, and thrives in high-pressure environments

Motivated by performance-based pay and KPIs

Available to work 8am5pm UK time

Background in B2B, SaaS, consulting, healthcare, or agency sales

Experience using external dialers with 85+ calls / day

Familiarity with high-ticket sales cycles and qualification frameworks
