TRADE TESTED TOOLMAKER - INDUSTRIA

We are looking for a Trade Tested Toolmaker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing, repairing, and maintaining precision tools, dies, jigs, and moulds . Proficiency in Autodesk Fusion and SCam for CAD / CAM programming is essential, along with strong CNC machining, milling, grinding, and lathe operation skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manufacture, repair, and maintain injection moulds, blow moulds, and other precision tooling .
• Operate and program CNC milling, turning, grinding, and EDM machines using Autodesk Fusion and SCam .
• Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and engineering blueprints .
• Conduct tool fitting, assembly, and testing to meet required tolerances and specifications.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on tools and dies to optimize production efficiency.
• Work closely with design and production teams to enhance tool performance.
• Ensure strict quality control measures are followed for all tooling components.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations in a precision manufacturing environment.
