Role Overview
The Sales Administrator will be the operational backbone of the sales / support teams, ensuring everything runs smoothly, from helping with lead management to coordinating systems, assisting with outreach operations, and maintaining CRM data. You’ll work closely with recruiters, program facilitators, and managers to support sales cycles and internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the CRM with leads, candidate progress, and sales activity.
- Assist with outbound and inbound sales admin tasks : scheduling calls, sending follow-up emails, preparing prospect lists.
- Support email outreach operations (templates, campaign setups, tracking).
- Coordinate between sales, coaching, and operations teams to ensure timely follow-ups and clear communication.
- Produce sales admin reports and dashboards (call activity, lead pipeline, conversion rates etc.).
- Handle data entry, document management, and general operational tasks to help the team stay organized.
- Ensure high attention to detail in all communications and records.
Requirements
English fluency C1 or higher (written and verbal).Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support, or similar role.Strong organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.Experience with a CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).Good communication skills, you’ll be liaising with multiple teams and occasionally with prospects or students.Basic reporting or analytics skills (tracking KPIs, making simple spreadsheets or dashboards).Self-motivated, proactive and reliable, remote work requires good discipline and follow-through.#J-18808-Ljbffr
