Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee the New and Used Vehicle Sales Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the department runs smoothly and profitably, while leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to achieve set targets.

Proven experience in vehicle sales management, preferably within a dealership environment.

Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.

Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and industry regulations.

Computer literacy and familiarity with sales systems and reporting tools.
