Overview
Project Coordination Administrator
This role will play a key role in supporting the E-mobility team in the administration and coordination of installation and management of the charging infrastructure. They will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including :
- Tracking project progress and budgets
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Capturing and maintaining project documentation including proposals, QA, photos, financials, procurement, safety
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project plans and schedulesManage project budgets and track expensesTrack project progress and identify and mitigate potential risksCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as contractors, suppliers, and customersMaintain project documentation, including project reports, meeting minutes, and risk registers, quality assuranceProvide administrative support to the E-mobility team, such as preparing agendas, taking minutes, and organizing meetings, managing invoicing and ordersProcurement administration, travel coordinationQualifications
At minimum a Matric or NQF4 level qualificationBachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field is preferred3+ years of experience in project administration or coordinationReferenceable track record in administration and coordination in projects from initiation to completionStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office SuitePreferred Experience
Experience in the e-mobility industryKnowledge of EV charging infrastructureExperience with project management softwareBenefits
