As Head of Finance, you’ll build and lead a world-class finance function in a dynamic, tech-driven environment. You’ll drive automation, implement fit-for-purpose financial controls, and deliver data-driven insights that support the company’s global growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full finance function, including accounting, reporting, payroll, and tax compliance.
• Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports, forecasts, and board packs.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for international operations.
• Implement automation and process improvements using cloud-based systems and data tools.
• Ensure accurate group consolidations, IFRS compliance, and coordination of external audits.
• Support strategic decisions through financial modelling, scenario planning, and data-driven insights.
• Partner with senior leadership to align financial strategy with business growth objectives.
