We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join a young, ambitious team in a niche industry at the intersection of lifestyle, fitness, and wellness. What You’ll Do

Lead all finance operations — reporting, budgets, forecasts, tax, and compliance.

Manage accounting and inventory management systems and align finance with inventory and operations.

Provide Directors with insights to drive growth and strategy.

Monitor cashflow, margins, and profitability.

Oversee payroll, payments, reconciliations, and expenses.

Mentor finance and warehouse staff, while supporting major client accounts.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Accounting / Finance and SAIPA / CIMA / SAICA articles or 3+ years’ accounting experience with inventory / stock exposure.

Strong knowledge of Xero and exposure to inventory systems advantageous.

Analytical, hands-on, and ambitious — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment.

A leader with initiative, resilience, and a solutions-driven mindset.

Driver’s license and own car.
