- Are you someone who can :
- Translate business needs into data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Monitor data quality and integrity and work with data teams to resolve issues.
- Identify trends, patterns, insights, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Support data-driven decision-making by providing timely and accurate insights.
- Support operational teams with ad hoc analysis and reporting.
- Document processes, data definitions, and reporting standards.
- Assist in the development of KPIs and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security protocols.
- You will be an ideal candidate if you have :
- A degree or diploma in Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis (advantageous).
- Knowledge of financial services or compliance environments (preferred).
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
