This is an exciting opportunity to work within a high-performing finance team at a respected JSE-listed organisation, where your technical skills and attention to detail will directly impact the groups financial integrity and success.
As a Group Accountant, you will be responsible for group financial reporting, consolidations, and compliance with IFRS standards, gaining valuable listed-company experience while contributing to a collaborative and professional environment.
Duties :
- Prepare group consolidations and reporting packs
- Draft and review Annual Financial Statements in line with IFRS
- Support the external audit process and liaise with auditors
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting requirements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, JSE reporting obligations, and internal controls
- Provide technical accounting input on complex transactions
