Qualifications :

matric or technical matric
Technical qualification would be advantageous OR all-round building knowledge, plumbing, tiling, electrical, waterproofing, painting, etc.
Computer literate - MS Office Suite
Fluent English and Afrikaans
Valid driver's license
5 years minimum in a similar role
Traceable references
