Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the CAS product strategy and roadmap.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.
- Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and sales teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Monitor industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety and certification standards.
- Represent the product portfolio with customers and stakeholders.
- Drive improvements in cost, scalability, and user experience.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field.
- 58 years experience in product management within mining or industrial technology.
- Strong technical understanding of Collision Avoidance Systems.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally (~30%).
