As an IT Project Manager at BETSoftware, you will manage complex infrastructure projects, lead cross‑functional teams, and deliver high‑quality results within a 24 / 7 environment.
Responsibilities
- Implement IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
- Provide project leadership and support as agreed for all IT shared service projects.
- Coordinate and support implementation of Patch / Version upgrades to maintain infrastructure.
- Plan and support proposed infrastructure / application changes / upgrades through relevant change control.
- Define Statement of Work and specifications for requested project work.
- Own full project life cycle delivery for one large or multiple minor initiatives.
- Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Participate in establishing practices, templates, tools and partnerships to mature project capabilities.
- Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases.
- Collaborate with business leads to procure adequate resources.
- Demonstrate functional acumen to align solutions with client goals and industry best practices.
- Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs.
- Manage project scope, changes, risks and issues with stakeholders.
- Act as internal quality control for the project.
- Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives spanning one or multiple lines of business.
Reporting
Report on project success criteria and metrics.Distribute status reports, analyze results, and troubleshoot issues.Provide status reporting on milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues to leadership.Define and disseminate success criteria throughout the project life cycle.Contribute insights into PMO frameworks and report structures to improve effectiveness.Assist in report automation and improvements where possible.Internally audit dashboards and reports to ensure accuracy.Service Management
Manage IT operational support for infrastructure issues, incidents and requests.Provide timely and accurate communications on ITO outages and maintenance.Perform comprehensive asset and spares management across all sites.Manage procurement, deployment and return / scrapping of owned / leased infrastructure.Maintain governance and controls on shared infrastructure.Conduct shared services supplier SLA performance reviews and manage vendor relationships.Ensure appropriate use of IT processes, tools and methodologies.Stakeholder Management
Liaise and communicate with internal and external key stakeholders at an executive level.Engage with executive members or equivalents at customers / partners to ensure collaboration.Engage with the wider business and hold strategic knowledge‑sharing sessions.Maintain strategic stakeholder and communication analysis.Living the Spirit

Relevant Diploma / Degree in Project Management or related field.CAPM, Scrum, Agile Certification.Microsoft IT Certifications in MS Projects and Excel (advantageous).PMP or other Project Management Certifications (advantageous).Minimum of 3 years of IT project management experience.2‑3 years in an infrastructure or high‑availability multi‑site environment.High proficiency across multiple PMO frameworks.Experience with MS Project, Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and CA Clarity PPM.Job Details
