Job descriptionAchieve monthly and annual sales and upsell targets. Identify opportunities for new and supplementary product offerings within existing accounts. Increase our clients market share within assigned accounts and the region. Source and secure new franchise groups in the region. Build strong relationships to generate ongoing business and referrals. Deliver exceptional service and resolve issues promptly. Maintain positive relationships that reinforce our clients reputation for reliability and innovation. Oversee new store openings, system upgrades, and refresh projects for group accounts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all project milestones are met according to client timelines and GAAP standards. Update all sales activities, opportunities, and client information in Salesforce daily. Submit accurate reports, forecasts, and feedback on time. Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Contribute to a positive, performance-driven team culture. 3+ years related experience Proven experience in Growth Partner Hospitality , B2B sales, or hospitality tech solutions. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with POS and CRM (Salesforce) systems and hospitality technology (advantageous) Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Valid drivers license and own vehicle.
Duties :
Key Account Management
- Manage and grow relationships with key group clients headquartered in Gauteng / Cape Town.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related queries and escalations.
- Ensure smooth coordination of group activities, including rollouts, upgrades, migrations, refreshes, and supplementary product deployments.
