Senior Finance Business Partner – Global Clients
Location : Remote until further notice (South Africa Only)
About the role
As Senior Finance Business Partner, you will provide financial leadership for large, critical global clients. You will oversee forecasting and reporting at a global level, interpret financial results, and identify value‑added workstreams to drive improved business performance. Your role will also involve commercial pricing and negotiation support with our largest client.
What you will be doing
- Act as a true finance business partner to client leadership teams.
- Manage monthly and weekly reviews of forecasts and actuals, providing insightful commentary.
- Work closely with local finance teams across the globe to ensure accurate client reporting.
- Own complex business planning models.
- Prepare monthly Client Board Packs and commentary incorporating all client entities.
- Present results and forecasts to senior leadership and group directors.
- Identify opportunities and trends to improve client performance.
- Support implementations of new market roll‑outs.
- Drive forward process improvements and monitor the control environment.
- Conduct ad‑hoc analysis and projects that support client or business growth.
- Collaborate with the commercial team on bids, re‑pricing, and client negotiations.
- Participate in sustainability training relevant to your role.
- Ensure smooth end‑to‑end execution of work, from estimation to invoicing and collections.
- Partner effectively with client leadership, internal departments, and external partners.
What you need to be great in this role
8+ years of finance experience.Senior‑level finance partnering experience.Industry experience a plus but not required.Ability to instill confidence in senior leaders and finance departments.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong conflict navigation and stakeholder management.Clear, concise communication at all levels.Excellent organization and time‑management skills.Team‑player mindset and proactive self‑starter attitude.Solution‑oriented approach, not just problem‑reporting.Advanced Excel skills.Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.High integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.Ambitious with clear career progression evidence.Strategic thinker, flexible, adaptable in fast‑moving environments.Experience in client‑side or advertising agency marketing is a plus.Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.Our values shape everything we do :
