Overview
As a Digital Account Director, you will be a key member of the Client Service team, managing the delivery of impactful transcreated campaigns for our client. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal agency stakeholders, driving excellence with a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
The Digital Account Director will be responsible for :
- Managing digital campaigns and communication with stakeholders daily.
- Managing client expectations and service delivery as the primary contact.
- Project management of digital and performance marketing campaigns.
- Ensuring timely delivery of assets.
- Overseeing project finances, scope, and scope creep.
Leadership & Teamwork
Developing and implementing strategies for agency growth.Providing leadership to Project Managers and team members.Innovating operational and creative processes.Supporting team development and conducting appraisals.Fostering positive relationships and maintaining open communication with seniors.Client Services
Participating in client meetings and managing agendas.Maintaining accurate status updates and thorough meeting documentation.Building strong, responsive relationships with clients and managing expectations.Engaging in honest conversations to foster trust and excellence.Account & Project Management
Producing timing plans and managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines.Collaborating across creative, production, and development teams.Ensuring quality, on-brand work aligned with client requirements.Effective communication and self-organization.Finance
Finalizing budgets and managing costs.Monitoring financial status and billing processes.Identifying and addressing account issues proactively.Culture & Delivery
Supporting company culture and innovation.Maintaining digital best practices and market awareness.Working long hours when necessary to meet deadlines.Qualifications
Degree-level education with marketing qualification.2-5 years' experience in account / project management within digital communications.Experience managing projects from start to finish with minimal support.Proficiency with Chase, Workfront, and Adobe Experience Cloud is advantageous.Knowledge of digital media and budget management.Personal Profile
