Senior Sales Associate and Tasting Counter

The Senior Sales Associate and Tasting Counter will be responsible for providing a superior customer experience through wine sales, tastings, and exceptional customer service. This role will support the Sales Manager in meeting sales targets and providing leadership and guidance to junior sales associates.

Key Responsibilities :

• Meet and exceed sales targets by building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Provide expert recommendations on wines based on customer preferences and needs.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
