Primary Responsibilities
- Manage a geographical territory, executing the full sales strategy including market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth through contract negotiation and customer retention.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads and requests. Be familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Develop new business and acquire clients by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Educate them on how EquipmentShare can help save money, increase profits, and improve operations.
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure complete satisfaction with our service and support. Keep customers informed about new solutions that can benefit their business.
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints. Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
- Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and enhance customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications
Tenacious, innovative, with proven outside sales experience and a successful sales track record.Knowledge of heavy construction equipment or industry experience (rental or construction) is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated salespeople.Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Technical aptitude to adapt quickly in a fast-growing company and stay updated on EquipmentShare products and services.Competitive, self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented.Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.Why We're a Better Place to Work
