Applicants must have the following requirements :

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Build Environment or .

Must be registered as a Professional Construction Project Manager.

Must have at least 12 years of experience in the Built Environment (Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, , or Architecture).

Must have experience managing multi-disciplinary building teams.

Must have exposure to airport projects and complex, multi-faceted building developments.

Must be able to develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, work breakdown structures, and resource allocations.
