Job descriptionSupport and empower installers to adopt and promote the product range. Conduct site visits for installations, troubleshooting, and advanced technical guidance. Deliver training sessions and drive installer enablement. Log all interactions, activities, and feedback in CRM systems. Provide market feedback and competitor insights to inform strategy. Matric (Senior Certificate) – Technical Diploma or N4 in Electrical / Electronic Engineering is advantageous. At least 3 years’ experience in technical sales or field support (preferably in access automation or electronic security). Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills. Self‑driven with effective territory management skills. A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle are essential – fuel will be compensated. Only suitable candidates will be contacted.
