Job descriptionDegree / diploma in Finance or Accounting. Minimum 3+ years experience in Finance or Accounting. Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel. Business Central 365 knowledge is an advantage. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Organised and professional in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills (local and global). Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Portuguese is an advantage, not mandatory. A dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with an agile structure. High degree of autonomy and decision-making in day-to-day work. Long-term career growth opportunities. Budget : ~R40,000 per month (Cost to Company), depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
- Verify all data input in the operational system and ensure compliance with the current Authorization Matrix (daily assessment).
- Prepare a monthly financial non-compliance report.
- Collaborate with responsible colleagues and the Managing Director to resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with issues related to the operational program.
- Support onboarding of new colleagues and local accountants to align with guidelines and ensure compliance.
