As a Senior Data Manager, you will lead how data drives strategy, growth, and performance across a dynamic group of companies. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll turn complex commercial, customer, and industry data into clear insights that influence decision-making at the highest level.
You’ll own the data vision—building modern platforms (data warehouse, data lake, cloud), driving innovation with AI / ML, and ensuring data is secure, scalable, and business-ready. Working closely with executives and stakeholders, you’ll influence strategy through data.
This role includes building and developing a data team, leading the full data lifecycle, and introducing tools and technologies that unlock new value for the business.

Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Law, MIS, Information Management, or related fieldCertifications such as CIPP or CIPM are advantageousExperience
3-5 years in financial services supporting data privacy / regulatory programmes, or equivalent compliance exposureExperience across multiple business units in a matrixed environment preferredSkills & Expertise
