We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Conversion Team Leader to manage and support our sales team during the day shift. The role focuses on driving conversion rates, meeting sales targets and ensuring high performance through coaching, motivation and effective leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve daily, weekly and monthly conversion targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching and support.
- Implement strategies to improve conversion rates and overall sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and quality standards.
- Prepare performance reports and communicate results to management.
- Foster a positive high-energy sales environment.
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales leadership or team leader role (call center experience preferred).Strong knowledge of sales and conversion techniques.Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills.Target-driven with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.Flexible, proactive and able to work well under pressure.What We Offer
