SUMMARY:
The HR & Finance Assistant will support both the Human Resources and Finance functions, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations across employee administration, payroll support, and basic accounting activities. POSITION INFO:
Manage employee records
HR-related queries and policy support
Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Employee benefits and manage leave tracking
HR Compliance
Maintain financial records
Support budget tracking, expense reporting, and audit preparation
Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
Skills and Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience using Sage Payroll
Familiarity with Xero Accounting will be advantageous
Experience in HR administration and/or finance support roles
Qualification
Finance or Hr related degree
