SHEQ Manager

Youll oversee SHEQ systems across manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, OHS legislation, and company policies. This role includes driving audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations, while leading training and awareness initiatives. You will partner with production and engineering teams to strengthen the safety culture, maintain certifications, and implement continuous improvements that enhance quality, environmental responsibility, and workplace safety.

Job Experience and Skills Required :

• Relevant tertiary qualification in SHEQ / Safety / Environmental Management (Degree or Diploma).
• Minimum 57 years experience in SHEQ management within a manufacturing or packaging environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record in audits, risk assessments, and incident management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and training delivery skills.
