Pavago is looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Talent Recruiter. In this role, you will play a crucial part in  sourcing, attracting, and hiring top digital marketing professionals . Your expertise in recruitment, particularly in digital marketing roles, will help shape careers and contribute to our client’s success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing & Outreach :   Proactively identify and attract top digital marketing professionals (SEO specialists, PPC managers, content strategists, social media marketers, email marketers, etc.) through job boards, LinkedIn, marketing communities, and networking.
  • Job Posting & Employer Branding :   Craft compelling job descriptions tailored to roles in performance marketing, growth hacking, content marketing, and digital strategy. Distribute postings on marketing-specific job boards and social platforms.
  • Screening & Digital Marketing Expertise Assessment :  Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidates’ knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO strategies, content marketing, analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.), and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience :   Manage the entire interview process, ensuring a seamless experience while coordinating with hiring managers and marketing leads.
  • Client Collaboration & Hiring Strategy :   Partner with hiring managers to understand marketing funnel objectives, campaign KPIs, audience targeting, and required technical skills for each role.
  • Candidate Presentation & Market Insights :   Provide data-backed recommendations on candidate suitability, highlighting their expertise in marketing automation platforms, paid media management, audience segmentation, and growth strategies.
  • Onboarding Support & Role Readiness :   Ensure a smooth transition for new hires, aligning expectations for marketing campaign execution, analytics reporting, and tool adoption.
  • Recruitment Technology & Data-Driven Hiring :   Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and AI-powered sourcing tools to build a high-quality talent pipeline of marketing professionals.
  • Networking & Talent Pipeline Development :   Maintain strong relationships with digital marketing professionals, growth strategists, and marketing analysts to proactively fill future hiring needs.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience :

  • Proven track record in digital marketing recruitment, with expertise in hiring for roles like SEO Manager, Paid Media Specialist, Content Marketer, Growth Marketer, Performance Marketing Analyst, and Social Media Manager.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, lead generation strategies, and marketing analytics.
  • A degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency :

  • Experience using ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or similar) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation tools to assess candidate proficiency.
  • Proficiency in video conferencing tools for remote interviews.
  • Soft Skills :

  • Excellent English and Spanish communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple roles.
