Cnc Workshop Manager

OverviewHire Resolve's client is seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Workshop Manager to oversee our CNC workshop in Worchester, South Africa.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining, as well as experience managing a team of technicians and machinists.ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the daily operations of the CNC workshop, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standardsCoordinate with other departments to prioritize and schedule work ordersSupervise and provide guidance to a team of technicians and machinists, ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to perform their dutiesMonitor and maintain equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performanceDevelop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costsEnsure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policiesRequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in CNC machiningProven experience in a supervisory or management roleStrong knowledge of CNC programming and operationProficient in reading and interpreting technical drawingsExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environmentFull Time
