A dynamic and fast-growing company in the Financial Wellness Technology sector is seeking a motivated Corporate Consultant to join their Western Cape sales team . This client-facing role is ideal for professionals with strong face-to-face sales experience who are passionate about financial well-being relationship building and driving performance-based results .

As a Corporate Consultant you will engage directly with employees at employer sites around areas such as Paarl Stellenbosch and Hermanus promoting financial wellness products and solutions that make a real difference. Youll benefit from full training professional development and excellent earning potential in a supportive growth-focused environment.

Minimum Requirements :

Grade 12.

Own vehicle and valid drivers licence.

RE1 and / or RE5 qualifications are advantageous.

2 years of face-to-face sales experience preferably in financial services .

Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills .

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Willing and able to travel to client sites.

Key Responsibilities :

Visit employer sites to promote and sell financial wellness products .

Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and employees.

Collect qualify and authenticate client leads .

Upload client documentation and assist with onboarding.

Consistently meet individual and team sales targets .

Provide professional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.

Act as a trusted brand ambassador delivering value-driven client service .
