Job descriptionEvaluate and improve business processes by identifying needs and implementing solutions. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with business units and external partners to document and deliver system requirements. Ability to manage projects with strong governance. Develop business cases to support optimization initiatives and ensure ROI. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Thrives in a fast-paced environment. Performs effectively under pressure. Attention to detail. Skilled at simplifying complex technical concepts for business understanding. Capable of managing and collaborating with geographically dispersed teams.

- Develop and manage the data warehouse, ensuring accurate and consistent reporting through ETL processes.
- Design and deliver metrics, dashboards, and analytical models to support business performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data insights.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization to support decision-making.
- Oversee the business intelligence strategy and maintain data accuracy and quality.
