This is a commission-only role — ideal for self-driven recruiters, HR professionals, or sales consultants who enjoy sourcing talent and building client relationships.
What you’ll do
- Source new business opportunities with companies in SA and abroad.
- Recruit and screen candidates for permanent, contract, and remote roles.
- Manage the end-to-end placement process with support from Femploy.
