Sales Executive Insurance - POS25207

Location : Roodepoort

Salary : R120,000 R180,000 CTC per annum + Plus, commission

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join clients successful team. This role involves converting qualified referrals into sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building lasting client relationships.

Minimum Requirements :

Matric with an A-grade average , specifically in Mathematics
BA or BCom degree (or equivalent)
Excellent academic record in both Matric and University
Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (written and spoken

Key Responsibilities :

Convert qualified referrals into successful sales

Liaise with brokers to build and maintain strong partnerships

Underwrite new business according to company guidelines

Provide exceptional client service to maintain long-term relationships

Market the companys products to new and existing clients

Prepare and submit reports to the Sales Manager
