Job description2-5 years of call center experience, preferably within the long-term insurance sector 2-5 years of experience in a claims environment is essential Ability to handle high-pressure situations and flexibility to work overtime when needed Strong focus on customer satisfaction with excellent persuasive abilities
Business Segment : Insurance & Asset Management
Location : ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Simmonds Street 5
To provide a high level of service to Customers, SBIB provincial offices, SBSA branches, and Underwriters by resolving insurance policy queries on Assurance products according to business needs. This role facilitates the development of customer loyalty through customer relationship management and consistently portrays a corporate image.
Qualifications
- Matric
- Diploma or Degree must be FAIS compliant - 150 credits in respective long-term categories
- Must have RE5
