High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience as a Dealership Service Advisor essential (Ford specifc brand experience advantageous)Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair proceduresExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with strong organisational skillsPositive attitude and willingness to learnProficient in computer applications and softwareValid driver's license and clean driving recordClear criminal recordDuties and Responsibilities
Greet customers and assess their vehicle repair and maintenance needsProvide accurate estimates of repair costs and timeframesSchedule service appointments and ensure that repairs are completed on timeCommunicate with technicians and parts department to ensure timely completion of repairsEducate customers on preventative maintenance and recommend appropriate servicesMaintain accurate records of service history and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on timeAddress customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional mannerFollow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and promote customer loyaltyDeadline : 3rd November,2025
