Project Lead Role

The Project Lead will oversee the delivery of engineering projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget and in line with quality, safety and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, deliverables, resources, timelines and budgets.

Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently and effectively.

Manage on-site project activities, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and minimal disruption to production.

Monitor progress and report on milestones, risks, delays and corrective actions.

Facilitate technical discussions to ensure alignment with operational requirements.

Additional responsibilities may include developing detailed project proposals, conducting risk assessments, analyzing project data and implementing process improvements.
