Job descriptionAssist with daily accounting functions (capturing invoices, reconciliations, petty cash, general ledger updates) Assist with month-end reporting and preparation of supporting schedules Provide support during audits and tax compliance processes Assist with payroll-related functions such as leave management, overtime records, and staff queries (not full payroll processing) Draft and prepare business correspondence, letters, and internal Communication Manage and update training records for staff Support management with document preparation, filing, and record-keeping General office administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or studying towards one)
- Minimum 12 years accounting experience with exposure to administration
- Good understanding of accounting principles and basic payroll processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with accounting software Xero Accounting
- Strong organisational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
