Role Overview
Executive Assistant directly supporting founder. Manage business operations, support administrative and e-commerce functions. Critical thinker, precision execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage founder’s calendar, scheduling, travel, and inbox
- Oversee workflows, task management, and follow-ups across multiple projects / brands
- Support e-commerce operations (Amazon, Shopify, email campaigns, etc.)
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and manage documentation
- Act as a detail-oriented gatekeeper, ensuring accuracy and reliability in deliverables
Hard Skills
4-8 years prior EA experience supporting founders / CEOsE-commerce familiarity (Amazon / Shopify / email marketing exposure preferred)Strong digital and organizational skills — SOP creation, reporting, and task managementProficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, and project management platformsAbility to work independently with minimal oversightSoft Skills
