Civil Engineering Project Manager

Key Deliverables

• Ensure the development and implementation of realistic and achievable Contract Programmes to ensure project completion as per the Project Plan;
• Achieve financial forecasts for various projects and ensure effective cost control management in line with project scope, schedules and budgets / financial projections;
• Manage Site Teams, Contractors and Inspectors to ensure Safety and Quality compliance at all times;
• Develop and implement productivity and waste management initiatives for various disciplines;
• Ensure safety accountability and the involvement of all stakeholders at all times;
• Identification, mitigation and management of project risks and action plans;
• Submission of monthly management reports;
• Understanding of the SA legislative framework (BCEA,

Labour Relations Act, etc.
