Marketing Planning & Execution

Track competitor activity, category trends, and evolving consumer behaviour.Use insights to guide innovation and maintain brand relevance.Performance & Reporting
Monitor campaign effectiveness and report on key marketing metrics.Ensure marketing spend aligns with budget and business priorities.Public Relations & Digital Presence
Strengthen brand visibility through PR, media engagement, and influencer partnerships.Oversee social media and digital communication for brand consistency.Sales & Business Support
Support sales objectives through effective brand activation and trade marketing initiatives.Health & Safety
Adhere to all company safety policies and participate in relevant training.Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.3+ years experience in Brand or Marketing Management within FMCG .Proven project management and creative development skills.Strong understanding of digital, social media, and e-commerce marketing.Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on approach, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
