Job description

A leading company in the optical industry is seeking dynamic Regional Managers to oversee operations across multiple branches in the respective regions.

Minimum Requirements :

Matric
Completed SAIPA articles
Valid driver's license and own vehicle
Proven leadership and management experience
Willingness to work retail hours, including some weekends

Key Responsibilities :

Effective stock control and inventory management

Ensuring excellent customer service standards

Human resource management, including recruitment, training, retention, and disciplinary processes

Full financial oversight of allocated stores

Remuneration :

R20 000 – R30 000 per month, based on experience
